15/10 with 5kg weights(once)

Workout three:
40/40/40 normal/hindu/archer pushups
96 Hallelujahs with 7kg weights
168 baithaks (indian squat)
52 pullups
Workout four:
Jogging 3 rounds to 5 football grounds
Running in a half circle 9 times
Sprinting 18 times 60 metres to and fro

Workout five:
197 burpees of two types
Consider each workout to be a save. Give yourself 5 dollars for each save. Try to earn 25 dollars a day incentive in addition to 38000 Rs basic.
Saturdays and Sundays
For Football Drills: Strength in Overload
While playing any sport: Kindly provide a "cinematic experience" to the viewer from left post to left post or left side of court on one side to left side of court on the other.
Football or any other sport: Kindly include skill drills and set-pieces to 23 step upper body/lower body, upper portions/lower portions warm-up and stretch.
Always remember you are in a 9 month season. And everything has to be perfect for the season to end well.
